Shipping and Returns Policy


Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order becomes available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. 


Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@myrifemachine.com


Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@myrifemachine.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. The date of purchase (the date the order was placed) represents day 1 of our return policy. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase (not the receipt of the item), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A verbal, written, or recorded communication sent to or left for My Rife Machine, does not constitute commencement of the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received in. It must be delivered to the manufacturer no later than 30 days from the date the order was placed.  It must also be in the original packaging. 

Internationally produced items may be subject to different return conditions and eligibility for return will be decided on a case by case basis.

Alixxor product return policy supersedes My Rife Machine's for their products. Their policy is as follows:

  • In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us here within 48 hours.
  • If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Please note, products cannot be returned if taken on a trial basis.You do not have the right to return goods and exchange them or get a refund simply because you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.
  • All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Health Recovery Systems at the customer’s expense. Products that have been opened will incur a five per cent re-stocking fee.
  • All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
  • Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment.
  • All refunds must be issued to the original purchaser.
  • If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Individual manufacturer return policies may supersede My Rife Machine’s 30 day return policy, and will be determined on a case by case basis.

365 Day Guarantee

When possible, we will work with suppliers to do our best to resolve differences between the customer and supplier. Suppliers do sometimes offer longer return policies, and we will attempt to facilitate that transaction when possible for up to a year following the purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds may also be subject to My Rife Machine's own administrative fees resultant from business expenses incurred via payment gateway and shipping up to 10% of the sale price.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@myrifemachine.com.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Cancellations/Returns:

Any order that gets cancelled or returned after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. This may be in addition to any other fees that the supplier may also charge. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

 


General Payment Terms and Conditions for My Rife Machine Store Transactions:

 

By submitting credit card and/or bank account information, you (i) authorize My Rife Machine (its agent, or partners) to charge the designated credit card, and/or initiate one or more automated clearing house (ACH) debit entries from the designated bank account, for the specified amounts, additional charges provided for herein, and any revised amounts for which you received notice; (ii) confirm that such authorization constitutes a writing signed by you under applicable law or regulation; (iii) authorize your financial institution to deduct payments and/or credit card company to charge your account; and (iv) warrant that you have the authority to authorize charges to the designated credit card account and/or debits to the designated bank account for the purpose of paying the amounts due.

For one-time (single) payments and other purchases from the My Rife Machine Store, your authorization will apply to the specified transaction. Cancellation of your payment authorization, and changes to your bank or credit card account, must be made within such time as will afford My Rife Machine to act on it. If you change your bank or credit card account information, this authorization will remain in effect for the new account information.

My Rife Machine reserves the right to restrict access to the My Rife Machine Store and/or revoke account privileges if the account is not paid in full by the applicable payment dates and/or if any authorized charge is refused by your credit card company for any reason and/or if any authorized debit is refused by your financial institution for any reason including insufficient funds.

If an ACH transaction is rejected for non-sufficient funds, or the transaction (including any credit card transaction) fails in any way, My Rife Machine may, at its discretion, attempt to process the charge again within thirty (30) days or mail a bill to you at your address on record and you will be responsible for making payment by check or money order. All costs or fees you incur that result from debits/payments or credit card charges rejected by your credit card company and/or financial institution, regardless of reason (including, but not limited to, overdraft or over credit limit), are your responsibility. Any additional charges incurred by My Rife Machine may, upon written notice to you, be initiated, as applicable, as a separate credit card or ACH transaction to your account, or included in the bill that AMA mails to you.

My Rife Machine shall not be liable for erroneous bill statements or incorrect charges made by your credit card company or financial institution. Should an error occur in billing or debiting by

My Rife Machine,My Rife Machine's only responsibility is to correct such error when and if My Rife Machine receives notice of the error.My Rife Machine, your credit card company and/or your financial institution reserve the right, upon written notice, to terminate your selected payment option.

My Rife Machine will process your payments as promptly as possible and, if payment is recurring, on the scheduled payment due dates.My Rife Machine will not be liable if it, or its payment processor, is unable to process payments authorized by you for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, exceeds your credit card limit, incomplete or inaccurate account information, circumstances beyond My Rife Machine control that prevent proper transmission of your payment authorization and/or payment(s).

For Subscription ServicesMy Rife Machine may offer a number of Digital Products that are offered as subscriptions subject to an End User License Agreement (EULA). These Digital Products include, but are not limited to, Clinical Examples in Radiology Online, CPT® Assistant Online, and RBRVS DataManager Online. Your purchase of these Digital Products shall operate as an express promise to use the Digital Products for personal, educational, and non-commercial uses only.
